At GAP Hire Solutions, we have a new opportunity for an experienced Senior Estates Manager to join the Property Team. The company has ambitious expansion plans, and the day-to-day workload will be anything, but boring. As a Senior Estates Manager, you will take ownership of a varied property portfolio. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment where your expertise will directly contribute to the continued success of GAP's property operations.
What You'll Be Doing
- Work closely with internal teams including Property Management and Finance on matters such as lease renewals, lease expiries, rent reviews, property surveys and dilapidations
- Oversee the strategic and operational management of a diverse national property portfolio
- Manage property acquisitions, disposals, lease negotiations, renewals and rent reviews
- Asset management of properties let to third party occupiers
- Manage capital investment programmes, refurbishments and maintenance planning across the UK including multi-million-pound new building development project and refurbishments
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords, agents and stakeholders
- Manage third-party consultants and contractors
- Support the ongoing optimisation and strategic management of the Group's property assets
- Support strategic initiatives and other projects assigned by senior management.
