We're looking for a creative, commercially minded Digital & Social Executive to join our Marketing team. While content creation sits at the heart of this role, so does understanding what makes great digital marketing. We're looking for someone who's just as interested in performance, customer behaviour and digital channels as they are in creating brilliant content.
This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys creating engaging content and bringing brands to life on social media, but who also understands what drives digital performance behind the scenes. Working across organic social, paid social and broader digital marketing activity, you'll use insight, data and customer behaviour to help shape campaigns, improve performance and support commercial objectives.
You'll work closely with colleagues across Brand, Commercial and Product, gaining exposure to everything from content creation and paid social campaigns to website optimisation and digital analytics. Role Overview
An exciting opportunity to join the Kuoni UK Marketing team as our Digital & Social Executive. This is a hands-on role - running our organic social channels, supporting on paid social, contributing to wider digital marketing activity and creating the content that fuels it all. Were a playful brand, selling holidays to incredible destinations around the world. You'll combine creativity with commercial thinking to bring our brand to life, using insight to create content and campaigns that inspire customers and drive performance.
Key Responsibilities
Organic, paid and performance

Day to day, you'll run our organic social channels across Meta, YouTube, Pinterest and beyond.
You'll shape the content calendar, plan, create and publish content, adapting ideas for each platform so every channel delivers for both the brand and the business.

You'll work alongside our Performance Marketing Manager and Social Agency to support the delivery of paid social activity - briefing campaigns, monitoring budgets, reviewing performance and using insight to identify opportunities for improvement.

You'll understand the link between the two: what performs well organically is often what's worth boosting and ultimately building into paid campaigns to drive leads.

You'll have experience of using analytics tools to help understand performance across channels, using insight to shape what you post, what you boost and what you try next.

You'll test and learn constantly - new formats, new ideas, keeping an eye on trends and jumping on the ones that genuinely fit our brand and destinations.
Content creation

You'll create the content that feeds organic and paid alike - filming, editing short-form video, recording voiceovers, and designing posts and assets in Canva/Adobe Creative Cloud.

You'll draw out the travel expertise already in our business, turning the expertise, knowledge and experiences of our travel specialists into content people want to watch.

You'll work closely with our Brand and Commercial teams to understand trading priorities so all activity supports our commercial objectives.

You'll brief our Studio team on paid social creative and longer-form video, managing feedback and revisions to ensure everything lands on time and to the highest standard.
Wider digital support

You'll support the Web & CRO Manager with ad hoc website updates.

You'll support the Performance Marketing Manager on wider digital marketing activity, helping connect campaign performance across paid search, paid social and organic content to identify opportunities for improvement.

You'll understand the connection between SEO, content and digital performance, using all available insight on audience behaviour to inform content ideas to improve discoverability.

Essential

Experience creating content for all channels - filming, editing short-form video, recording voiceovers, and designing posts and assets in Canva/Adobe Creative Cloud.

Experience managing and implementing social media campaigns and budgets for both paid and organic.

Analytical skills to report on and evaluate campaign results.

Experience of collaborating with digital marketing agencies.

Solid grasp of branding, voice, and content creation for social media.

Organisational skills to manage and prioritise multiple workstreams

Background in marketing within the travel or retail sectors, preferably with premium or luxury brands.

Understanding of the travel trade and an interest in marketing synergy.

Interest or understanding of sustainable tourism practices.
