Duties
- Plan and deliver structured gymnastics training sessions tailored to different age groups and skill levels
- Demonstrate proper techniques for various gymnastic skills, ensuring safety and correct form
- Provide clear instructions and constructive feedback to help athletes improve their performance
- Monitor participants’ progress and adjust coaching methods accordingly to maximize development
- Foster a positive environment that promotes teamwork, discipline, and enthusiasm for gymnastics
- Ensure all equipment is used safely and maintained in excellent condition
- Support the organization of competitions, showcases, or events to showcase athletes’ achievements
Skills
- Proven sports coaching experience with a focus on gymnastics or similar physical activities
- Strong teaching skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse age groups and skill levels
- Knowledge of gymnastics techniques, safety standards, and training methods
- Enthusiastic and energetic approach to motivating athletes and creating an engaging learning environment
- Ability to assess individual needs and adapt coaching strategies accordingly
- Excellent organizational skills to plan sessions and manage equipment efficiently
