What We're Looking For
To join our team, you'll need:
- A minimum of 1 year's UK experience as a Healthcare Assistant
- Experience working within nursing or residential care homes
- A caring, reliable and professional approach
- Valid Right to Work in the UK
- A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
Why a Vehicle is Essential
Many of our shifts are located across different areas of Lincolnshire and may not be accessible by public transport, particularly for early, late or night shifts. To access the full range of opportunities available, applicants must have their own vehicle and a full UK driving licence.
