Nurse Seekers are recruiting on behalf of an established care provider for caring and reliable Domiciliary Carers to join their growing team in Rainham, Kent.

About the Role
You’ll provide high-quality, person-centred care to individuals in their own homes, helping them remain independent while ensuring they feel safe, respected and supported.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing personal care including washing, dressing, grooming and continence support.
- Supporting mobility and transfers where required.
- Preparing meals and supporting with nutrition and hydration.
- Supporting with medication where trained and authorised.
- Helping individuals attend appointments and access the community.
- Encouraging independence and supporting individuals to make their own choices.
- Completing accurate care notes and records.
- Following care plans, risk assessments and safeguarding procedures.
- Maintaining a safe and comfortable environment.
- Building positive relationships with the individuals you support and their families.
About You

Previous care experience is desirable, although the right attitude and willingness to learn are equally important.
