Sales Associate – Entry Level

We’re expanding our Cardiff team and are looking for enthusiastic, people-focused individuals to join us as Sales Associates.
This is a face-to-face, door-to-door sales role, where you’ll speak directly with customers in residential areas and introduce them to online delivery-based services. You don’t need previous sales experience — we provide full training, regular coaching, and ongoing support to help you develop your skills.
The Role
As a Sales Associate, your day will involve:
- Visiting residential areas and speaking with customers face-to-face
- Introducing and explaining products and services clearly
- Understanding customers’ needs and recommending suitable solutions
- Answering questions and responding professionally to customer feedback
- Recording customer interactions and outcomes accurately
- Working alongside other team members to achieve individual and team goals
- Taking part in regular training and development sessions
- Travelling to and from our Cardiff-based office each day before heading out to residential areas

You should be:
- Confident speaking with different types of people
- Friendly, professional, and approachable
- Motivated and comfortable working towards targets
- Reliable and willing to learn
- Able to handle customer objections positively
- Comfortable working independently as well as within a team
- Confident using basic computer systems to record information
Availability & Location
- Minimum availability: 4 days per week
- Cardiff-based office
- Daily travel to residential campaign locations
- Face-to-face, door-to-door customer engagement
