Salary Range: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Hours: 37.5 per week, Monday to Friday, (some events will take place in the early morning and evening).
Location: London, UK (Hybrid working)
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time

What you can expect
In this role of Events and Marketing Executive, you will become part of the leading transatlantic trade organisation and a collaborative team committed to BritishAmerican Business's (BAB) mission, members and wider business community. You will play a key role in delivering a programme of more than 120 annual events that connect business leaders, policymakers and member companies on both sides of the Atlantic.
Your primary role is to coordinate the planning, marketing and delivery of BAB events, ensuring a consistently high-quality experience for members, speakers and partners. This means you will:

Coordinate the planning and delivery of assigned BAB events frominitialconcept through to post-event evaluation.

Manage event timelines,logistics, registration processes and event-day operations.

Liaise with speakers, venues,suppliersand internal teams to ensure successful event delivery.

Research and engage prospective speakers, hosts and contributors from BAB member companies and the wider business community.

Support the development of event programmes, briefing materials and event content.

Coordinate event marketing activity, including invitations, communications, digitalcontentand social media support.

Work closely with the Marketing and Communications Team to promote events and maximise engagement.

Maintainaccurateevent,registrationand attendance data across BAB systems, including SharePoint,Exceland CRM platforms.

Support post-event reporting and analysis to help evaluate event performance and member engagement.

Work with the Membership Team toidentifyopportunities for member engagement,partnershipsand sponsorship activity.

Contribute ideas for new event formats, speakers,partnershipsand continuous improvement initiatives.

Support special programmes and strategic initiatives, including Accelerate, TAG and other BAB activities.
You will report to the Associate Director of Events and Partnerships and work closely with colleagues across the London and New York teams.

Educational and Experience Requirements

University degree or equivalent professional experience.

Experience working in an events, marketing,administrationor related coordination role.

Experience using Microsoft Office 365 applications including Outlook, SharePoint, Teams,Exceland Word.

Experience working with databases,spreadsheetsor CRM systems.

Experience creating event communications or using basic design tools would beadvantageous.
