Job Summary

In this vital role, you will be actively engaged on the factory floor, supporting assembly processes, operating equipment, and ensuring smooth workflow across the manufacturing facility. Responsibilities
- Assist with assembly line tasks, including use of automatic filling machines
- Support the setup, adjustment, and maintenance of machinery and equipment on the shop floor
- Conduct quality checks during production to ensure products meet specifications and standards
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency throughout the factory floor
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and troubleshoot minor mechanical issues
- Follow safety protocols diligently and report any hazards or incidents immediately
Requirements
- Proven experience working in a factory or manufacturing facility, preferably on an assembly line
- Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, and mechanical systems
- Valid forklift certification
- Strong mechanical knowledge with an understanding of manufacturing processes
- Warehouse experience is a plus, demonstrating familiarity with inventory movement and storage procedures
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects safely, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward safety and quality standards
