Location: Burton-on-Trent
Job Role: Warehouse Operative/Picker & Packer
Pay: £12.71 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday – 6am-2pm OR 8am-4pm
Please note: This role involves handling HEAVY goods. Candidates must be comfortable with manual handling and working with products of different shapes, sizes and weights.
The Role:
- Picking and packing orders
- Receiving and booking in stock using a scanner
- Shrink-wrapping and strapping goods
- Preparing orders for dispatch
- Quality checking products
- Moving stock safely around the warehouse
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Working as part of a busy team
About You:
- Previous warehouse experience preferred
- Picking/packing experience advantageous
- Reliable, hardworking and punctual
- Good attention to detail
- Comfortable handling heavy goods
- Physically fit and able to work in a busy warehouse
- Positive attitude and team player
