As our business continues to grow, we are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Assistant Site Manager to join our team and support the successful delivery of our residential developments.
The Role
Working alongside the Site Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day management of our construction sites, helping to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on time, and to the high standards that Roadhouse Homes is known for.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the day-to-day management of residential construction sites.
- Support the Site Manager in coordinating subcontractors and suppliers.
- Monitor site progress and help ensure programmes are maintained.
- Promote and maintain high standards of health and safety.
- Carry out quality inspections and ensure works meet company standards.
- Assist with site documentation, records, and reporting requirements.
- Help manage site logistics and deliveries.
- Ensure a clean, organised, and professional site environment at all times.
About You
We are looking for someone who is proactive, organised, and passionate about delivering quality homes.
Essential
- CSCS card
- SMSTS qualification
- Full UK driving licence.
Desirable
- Experience in a similar Assistant Site Manager role.
- Previous experience within residential construction.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Good understanding of health and safety requirements.
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- First Aid at Work certification.
