Paint Prep Operative
Location: Loughborough
Available Shifts & Pay:
- Late Shift: Monday–Thursday 14:00-22:00 £14.74
- Night Shift: Monday–Thursday 22:00-06:00 £16.66
We’re looking for reliable Paint Prep Operatives to join our busy team in Loughborough. If you’ve worked with sanding, masking or prepping metal before, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do
- Prep metal parts for painting (sanding, masking, cleaning).
- Check and smooth surfaces before coating.
- Work with the spray and quality teams.
- Keep your work area tidy and follow safety rules.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in paint prep, sanding, masking or similar.
- Good attention to detail.
- Happy using hand tools.
- Reliable and team-focused.
