We are looking for an experienced and motivated Welder/Fabricator to become part of our small, hardworking team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established family business where your skills, experience, and commitment will be genuinely valued.
The Role
You will be involved in a variety of steel fabrication projects, including:
- Reading and interpreting fabrication drawings
- MIG welding and steel fabrication
- Cutting, shaping, and assembling steel components
- Working to high-quality standards and project deadlines
- Assisting with workshop installations and general fabrication duties both in-house and on site.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Welder/Fabricator
- Strong MIG/MMA welding skills (TIG experience beneficial but not essential)
- Ability to read and work from technical drawings
- Good attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Full driving licence preferred
