We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised Marketing Executive to join our Marketing team at Crafter’s Companion.
This is a varied, hands-on role supporting the delivery of marketing campaigns, product launches, content and trade activity across our channels. You’ll work closely with Marketing, Community, Product Development, Content and Social Media teams, helping to ensure activity is well coordinated and delivered on time across the business. We’re looking for someone who communicates well, is organised, and someone who enjoys balancing creative projects with the day-to-day coordination needed to bring our marketing activity to life.
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting the planning and delivery of marketing campaigns and product launches across multiple channels.
- Taking ownership of the coordination of marketing requests to and from our Design team.
- Scheduling Crafter’s TV lives across YouTube and Facebook. Ensuring titles, descriptions, imagery and supporting content is accurate and ready to go.
- Assisting with the delivery of trade and retail marketing initiatives.
- Writing product copy for use on our product pages and to send to trade customers.
- Supporting day-to-day community engagement by responding to comments and questions flagging any inappropriate or notable content where required.
- Supporting content creation when required.
Ideally you’ll have:
- A qualification in Marketing, Communications or a related subject at degree, college or equivalent level, or a strong interest in starting a career in marketing.
- Strong organisational and coordination skills.
- Excellent written communication skills with a good eye for detail.
- Confidence writing engaging customer-facing copy with the assistance of AI.
- A proactive approach and willingness to get involved across a wide range of marketing activities.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with a team.
- Interest in crafting would be a bonus.
Pay: From £12.71 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 37.5 per week
