Join Our Team as Team Leader – Jubilee House Nursing Home
Location: Jubilee House Nursing Home, White Point Road, Whitby
Hours: Up to 48 hours per week - both full-time and part-time applications are warmly welcomed.
Shift Pattern: Day Shifts – 7.45am to 8:00pm
Rate of pay: £13.75 per hour

As a Team Leader, you will:
- Lead and support the care team with confidence, compassion and professionalism
- Champion residents’ dignity, safety, independence and wellbeing
- Foster a warm, homely and person‑centred environment
- Ensure care is delivered to high standards, following best practice and safeguarding principles
- Liaise closely with the nursing team for clinical updates, care plans and changes in residents’ health
- Support staff through mentoring, supervision, guidance and modelling excellent practice
- Maintain high-quality documentation, handovers and communication
- Help create a positive culture where everyone feels valued including residents, families and staff

- Achieved or be working towards Level 3 Lead Adult Care Worker
