Dragon Automotives is one of the UK’s leading specialists in engine supply, vehicle repairs, and automotive parts. We operate a busy online parts business, supplying quality used vehicle parts to customers throughout the UK and internationally.
Due to continued growth, we are looking for an organised and motivated eCommerce Vehicle Parts Seller to take ownership of our expanding online parts department.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in vehicle parts, dismantling, motor factors, or online automotive sales.
The Role
You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of our eCommerce parts department, ensuring listings are accurate, enquiries are answered promptly, and orders are processed efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Creating and managing eCommerce vehicle parts listings.
- Photographing and accurately identifying vehicle parts.
- Researching part numbers and vehicle compatibility.
- Responding to customer enquiries via eCommerce and telephone.
- Processing orders and preparing parts for dispatch.
- Updating stock levels and maintaining inventory accuracy.
- Working with the workshop to identify saleable components.
- Packaging items securely for courier collection.
- Maintaining excellent customer service and seller performance.
- Helping grow online sales through improved listings and stock management.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in automotive parts or motor trade.
- Experience using eCommerce is a must.
- Good knowledge of vehicle components.
- Strong computer skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage workload.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Full UK driving licence preferred.
Desirable Experience
- Motor factor or dealership parts experience.
- Vehicle dismantling experience.
- Experience with eCommerce, online marketplaces, or eCommerce.
- Knowledge of vehicle registration and parts catalogues.
- Experience using stock management software.
