Overview
As an integral member of the LEEC Ltd Service Team, you will be responsible for servicing, maintaining & supporting our specialist equipment at hospitals, laboratories & funeral director premises across the UK. The role will primarily cover the South East & East of England, although travel to other areas may be required to meet business needs.
This is a field-based position that requires the ability to work independently, with regular overnight stays away from home. Full training will be provided across our extensive product range, including laboratory incubators, hydraulic trolleys, stainless steel tables & body storage.
The successful candidate will be a confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills & a proven ability to build & maintain strong customer relationships. You will be self-motivated, organised & capable of working independently while also collaborating effectively with colleagues on larger service works.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
· Carrying out service, maintenance & repair work on mortuary refrigeration & cold room storage.
· Diagnosing & repairing electrical & mechanical faults on all LEEC equipment.
· Completing planned preventative maintenance (PPM) & responding to breakdown call-outs for the full LEEC product range.
· Building strong relationships with customers while accurately completing service reports & job documentation using digital reporting systems.
· Deliver a professional, customer-focused service at all times.
· Willingness to undertake internal & external training.
· Carry out all duties in accordance with best practice & the company’s HSE policy.

· Be competent with electrics or have an electrical qualification
Essential Requirements
· NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (or equivalent).
· Valid F-Gas Certification.
· Full UK Driving Licence.
· DBS Check
· Happy to travel extensively & work across customer sites.
