Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Aluminium Fabricator to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for fabricating aluminium windows, doors , & curtain walling, ensuring precision and quality in every project. This role offers an excellent opportunity to utilise and develop your fabrication skills within a dynamic environment, contributing to the production of high-quality aluminium structures and products.
Responsibilities
- Cut, machine, and assemble aluminium profiles according to technical drawings and specifications.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and specialised tooling safely and efficiently.
- Conduct basic measurements and calculations using manual tools and simple mathematical skills to ensure accuracy.
- Assist in the assembly of aluminium components into finished products or structures.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to health and safety regulations at all times.
- Inspect finished work for defects or inconsistencies, making adjustments as necessary.
Requirements
- Proven experience in aluminium fabrication
- Knowledge of aluminium properties and handling techniques.
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and specialised fabrication equipment.
- Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and quality checks.
- Ability to read technical drawings and assembly instructions accurately.
- Good organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Mechanical knowledge relevant to aluminium fabrication processes is highly desirable.
Pay: £13.00-£16.00 per hour
