As Duty Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing daily operations, supporting staff, maintaining high service standards, and ensuring guests receive outstanding customer service at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth running of the venue.
- Lead, motivate, and support front-of-house and operational teams.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve guest concerns professionally.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies.
- Manage staffing levels, breaks, and shift coordination.
- Handle cash management, opening and closing procedures.
- Monitor service standards and maintain a welcoming environment.
- Support recruitment, training, and development of team members.
- Work closely with senior management to achieve business objectives.
- Respond effectively to operational issues and emergencies as required.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within hospitality.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
