The Role
As a Sales Negotiator, you'll be involved in every stage of the property sales process, including:
- Registering buyers and matching them with suitable properties.
- Conducting property viewings.
- Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers.
- Progressing sales through to completion.
- Maintaining regular communication with clients.
- Generating new business opportunities.
- Delivering outstanding customer service at every opportunity.
- Working closely with our experienced team to achieve office targets.
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
- Friendly, confident and professional.
- A strong communicator with excellent people skills.
- Organised and able to manage a busy workload.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
- Passionate about providing exceptional customer service.
- A team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and proactively generate new business when quieter market conditions arise.
- Computer literate with good attention to detail.
- Holds a full UK driving licence.
Previous estate agency experience would be advantageous but isn't essential. If you have a proven background in sales or customer service and are eager to learn, full training will be provided.
