⌚ Hours: 37.5 hours per week (with the occasional Saturday)
- Salary: starting from £25,528.04
We are looking for a motivated and client-focused individual to join our team at our modern, state-of-the-art Treatment Centre in Marston Green. This is a great opportunity to become part of a well-established and supportive team, where you’ll play an important role in delivering an excellent service to our clients.
In this role, you will handle customer enquiries, resolving issues efficiently and providing accurate information. You will work closely with your colleagues to ensure clients receive the best possible experience, while maintaining high standards of service at all times.
There will also be occasions where travel to Dudley (Merry Hill) and other potential new Community Treatment Hubs is required, depending on business needs. In return, you’ll benefit from onsite parking, travel reimbursement for any additional site visits, and the chance to work in a state-of-the-art centre.
