VACANCY – Batton Setter

We design, manufacture & install Steel and GRP housings amongst other diverse products. Our Primary client base includes the Utilities and Construction sectors. Morgan Marine is an ambitious, dynamic, and professional organisation with over 60 years of manufacturing.
As Morgan Marine continues to thrive and our client base expands throughout British & Global markets, we are looking to strengthen our Production Team with a Batton Setter.
THE ROLE: Based in our busy Production Department in Llandybie, you will be responsible for setting up panels and moulds.
REQUIRED SKILLS: Experience of working in a similar environment with GRP Products is preferred but training and mentoring will be available to the right candidate. An ability to work as team and follow production instructions essential. The ideal candidate will have a good working knowledge of health and safety in the workplace.
THE PACKAGE: £12.95 GBP per hour during 3-month probation, rising up to £13.17 GBP upon successful completion of probation. A competitive overall package including holidays starting 31 days holiday, rising to 33, sick pay if applicable, pension, life insurance, subsidised gym membership.
The position is subject to random drug and alcohol testing throughout employment, as required by company policy.
