Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced/fresh Travel Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for travel, strong organizational skills, and a deep knowledge of global destinations. As a Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for helping clients plan and book their travel arrangements, offering expert advice, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their travel preferences, requirements, and budgets. Provide expert recommendations on destinations, accommodations, transportation, and activities.
- Booking Management: Handle all aspects of travel booking including flights, hotels, car rentals, and tours. Ensure accuracy and completeness of all bookings.
- Itinerary Planning: Create and customize detailed itineraries that align with client needs and preferences. Ensure all elements of the trip are well-coordinated.
- Customer Service: Offer excellent customer service throughout the booking process and address any issues or changes in travel plans promptly.
- Market Research: Stay updated on travel trends, new destinations, and industry developments to provide clients with the most relevant and current information.
- Problem Resolution: Manage any travel disruptions or issues that arise, offering solutions and alternatives to ensure a smooth travel experience for clients.
- Sales and Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively promoting and upselling travel products and services.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Fresh & Experienced
- Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of travel destinations, airlines, hotels, and travel regulations. Familiarity with travel booking systems and CRM software.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in travel and tourism, hospitality, or a related field is a plus.

- This job will be entirely performed by remote/homebased for probation period of 2 months.
- We offer initially 2 month probation period and after 2 months candidates would have opportunity to get permanent employment.
