As a Security Officer, you'll play a key role in protecting people, property and assets while delivering a first-class customer experience.
You'll be responsible for maintaining a secure and professional environment, remaining vigilant at all times and responding confidently to incidents when required.
This is a role suited to someone who is proactive, approachable and capable of working in a fast-paced corporate setting.
- Providing a visible and professional security presence on site
- Protecting staff, visitors, property and assets
- Carrying out patrols, inspections and routine security duties
- Responding effectively to incidents, emergencies and suspicious activity
- Completing detailed incident reports and maintaining accurate records
- Ensuring all Assignment Instructions and site procedures are followed
- Monitoring Health & Safety concerns and reporting hazards immediately
- Delivering excellent customer service and maintaining professional relationships with clients and visitors
- Working closely with management and emergency services where required
- Using initiative to identify and reduce potential risks
- Previous security experience
- Valid SIA Licence (Security Guarding or Door Supervisor)
- CCTV SIA Licence preferred
- Professional, smart and presentable at all times
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure
- Reliable, proactive and able to work independently
- Good understanding of Health & Safety and site compliance
- Willingness to complete additional training and continuous development
