Residential Lettings Property Manager – Wollaton, Nottingham

Due to the continued growth of our Lettings Department, we have an exciting opportunity for a Residential Lettings Property Manager to join our expanding team at our Wollaton office.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with existing lettings or property management experience who is looking to further develop their career within a supportive, professional and forward-thinking company.
We would also welcome applications from individuals with strong customer service or property-related experience who can demonstrate excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
The Role
As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing your own portfolio of residential properties, delivering exceptional customer service to both landlords and tenants throughout the tenancy.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing a portfolio of residential properties
- Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Arranging and overseeing maintenance works
- Instructing and liaising with contractors
- Negotiating tenancy renewals and rent reviews
- Dealing with tenancy issues in a professional and proactive manner
- Ensuring compliance with current residential lettings legislation
The working hours are Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30 pm, and one in four Saturdays, 10 am to 4 pm, with a day in lieu.
Salary: OTE £35,000 - £40,000 & company car allowance
