Overview
An exciting opportunity has arised to join our team! This role involves taking responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the onsite staff catering, delivering high-quality, consistent food, actively promoting and maximising the use of the company’s own products whilst adhering to food hygiene & safety standards.
Duties
- Managing daily operations of the catering trailer to meet staff and company requirements in terms of timings and food/drink availability
- Assisting with the design and delivery of fresh, appealing menus including both hot and cold options that meet staff needs whilst optimising use of company products
- Prepare chicken and turkey for daily taste panels
- Manage stock control and waste reduction
- Continuous improvements, new concepts, or efficiencies
- Manage staff shop alongside catering facility to provide access to products
- Adhere to food hygiene and safety standards at all times
- Provide catering for special guests – shareholders and major customers
- Any other reasonable duty as requested by a manager and commensurate with the work level and own ability

- EHO knowledge and experience
- Food safety management system (Implementation and daily use)
- Level 2 Food Safety & Hygiene Certificate (essential or working towards).
- Catering or Hospitality qualification (NVQ, City & Guilds, or equivalent – desirable).
- Allergen Awareness training (or willingness to complete).
- Allergen matrix awareness.
