Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards
- Greet guests warmly and take their orders efficiently
- Ensure all drinks are prepared accurately and promptly, maintaining high quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area in compliance with health and safety regulations
- Manage cash register operations, including handling payments accurately
- Monitor guest intoxication levels responsibly and refuse service when necessary
- Provide excellent customer service
Qualification
- Strong skills in serving, with the ability to manage multiple orders efficiently
- Basic maths skills for handling payments and calculating bills accurately
- Excellent time management skills to ensure prompt service during busy periods
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a friendly demeanour
- Personal qualities such as organisation, professionalism, and good communication skills are essential
