About This Role
We are seeking compassionate Healthcare Assistants to provide dedicated 1:1 support to a gentleman in his 30s with complex care needs within his own home.
This is a rewarding role for someone who enjoys building trusting relationships and providing consistent, high-quality care. He communicates well and values positive interaction, so companionship is an important part of the role.
He has a strong interest in astronomy and enjoys films, using his laptop, and engaging with his hobbies. He also enjoys getting out into the community, including visits to restaurants, museums, concerts, and festivals.
As his Healthcare Assistant, you will provide both clinical and personal care, including medication administration, support with moving and handling, and assistance with daily living. You will also promote independence and encourage him to take part in the activities he enjoys.
You will support him during the day to live a full, active, and meaningful life both at home and within the community.

Clinical Experience
Previous experience supporting adults with complex healthcare needs is desirable.
Where required, specialist clinical training will be provided by our highly skilled, in house nursing team.
Essential Requirements
To be considered for this role, applicants must:
- Have a minimum of 3 months' paid experience working in a professional care setting within the UK.
- Have the right to work in the UK*
- Be committed to delivering safe, compassionate and person-centred care.
- Be willing to complete client-specific, clinical training where required.
- A Full UK driving licence
