Job Summary:
We are seeking motivated and confident office staff to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to book appointments for our builders and surveyors. Additionally, they will handle inbound calls for customer care and follow-ups with potential clients. A background in sales is preferred, and while knowledge of home improvements is not mandatory, it would be beneficial.
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Calls: Proactively contact homeowners and businesses to schedule appointments for consultations regarding home improvements and maintenance solutions.
Sales Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of calls made and appointments scheduled to track performance metrics.
Inbound Calls: Handle incoming calls from potential clients, providing information and assistance where needed, and ensuring a high level of customer care.
Collaboration: Work alongside team members to ensure that all appointments are adequately managed and communicated to the in-house team.
Follow-Ups: Conduct callback initiatives to follow up with leads and nurture relationships with potential clients.
Calendar Management: Utilize TeamUp calendar online to effectively schedule and organize appointments for the builders and surveyors.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a sales role or customer service environment is ideal.
Strong communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with clients over the phone.
Confident and friendly demeanor, with a customer-first approach.
Punctual and reliable, with the ability to manage time well and adhere to schedules.
Proficient in using computers and various software applications (experience with calendar management tools is a plus).
Knowledge of home improvements is a plus but not essential.
