Stance Security are looking for an individual to work as part of our team.
The roles are varied across the company and you will be required to be flexible and to be able to work in a multitude of roles within the company. Full training will be provided within each role.
This role WILL include DRIVING.
This role will predominantly working night shifts.
Hours are variable depending on which role you will be covering. Shifts variable between days and nights. The roles requiring covering are 365 days per year and you will be required to work weekends and public holidays including Christmas and New Year.
You will be required to hold a full Driving Licence with no more than 3 points as driving will be a requirement in some roles. You must also have your own transport to be able to commute to and from various places of work.
You must hold a valid SIA DS Licence. First aid is desirable however training for this can be provided.
You must have impeccable customer service skills as many of our contracts are front customer facing roles.
In some roles you will be required to use a computer and a mobile device to record logs and incidents so basic technology skills will be required.
All staff are screened in Line with BS7858 which includes background checking to 5 years and includes an enhanced DBS check.
There will be the opportunity to obtain further qualifications within your role should you wish to.
