Quality Control Operative
We are currently recruiting applicants to join our client Camden, based in Antrim
Due to a continued focus on improving Quality Standards throughout the business our client are seeking to recruit QC Operatives to work within the company.
Reporting to: QC Manager and Supervisors
Key Responsibilities and Duties

End of line Quality checks in line with SOP for QC

Identification of Quality issues at end of line and throughout the process

Support the production operatives with identification of quality issues and implementation of corrective actions

Work with production to reduce the number of remakes across the factories
-
Communicate clearly with Quality Manager and Production Managers on targets, issues, guidelines, and daily requirements

Ensure all work is cleared at the end of day

Report on any QC issues on a daily basis

Assist with resolving issues arising from customer complaints
Essential:
-
A minimum of 6 months experience within a manufacturing environment
-
Ability to identify and troubleshoot quality control issues
-
Excellent communication skills
-
A working knowledge of computer systems - Microsoft office package

Be able to work with the minimum of supervision
-
Be self-motivated and assertive enabling targets to be achieved and driving continuous improvement

Flexible to work a reasonable amount of overtime
Desirable:

Previous experience in a Quality Control role
