Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in central Falkirk for a Lettings Client Finance Assistant at Belvoir Falkirk. As a Lettings Client Finance Assistant, you will be responsible for day-to-day financial tasks related to rental accounts. The successful applicant will be responsible for managing their own workload and meeting deadlines. Training and guidance will be provided by our strong supportive team. This is a fast paced position, so excellent attention to detail and time management is essential.
Main duties will include:
· Processing payments received into client accounts and making payments out to landlords daily and contractors weekly
· General housekeeping on our system to make sure that all records are up to date
· Reconciling client accounts and deposit accounts and investigating discrepancies
· Liaising with branches to answer queries from landlords and tenants
· Managing tenant arrears following our arrears procedure
· Managing HMRC returns for overseas landlords
· Collating mid-month and monthly reports for Senior Management Team
Qualifications and experience
· Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
· Customer Service experience is essential
· Excellent telephone manner
· Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills and time management
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· 1 year + experience in Customer Service or in a Financial Position
Pay: £23,132.00 per year
