Summary
We are seeking a passionate Line Chef to join our team in GB. This role involves preparing high-quality food in a fast-paced environment at our café in GB, contributing to our mission of providing exceptional service while supporting local communities.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to company standards.
- Ensure all food safety and hygiene regulations are strictly followed.
- Assist in kitchen organization and maintaining cleanliness.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent customer service.
- Manage meal preparation during peak hours efficiently.
- Support the sourcing of ingredients from local suppliers when needed.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative kitchen environment.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a café or restaurant setting.
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy periods.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Passion for ethical sourcing and community involvement is a plus.
- Previous kitchen experience is preferred.
- Flexibility to adapt to different tasks as needed.
