Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Tradesman/woman to join our dynamic construction team. This role offers an opportunity to work on diverse projects, utilizing a wide range of technical skills to deliver high-quality craftsmanship. As a key contributor, you will be responsible for executing various trades with precision, efficiency, and safety.
Duties
- Execute carpentry, joinery, roofing and construction painting as required by project specifications.
- Conduct heavy lifting safely to transport materials and equipment around the job site.
- Install and repair fixtures, fittings, and structural components with attention to detail and quality standards.
- Follow safety protocols diligently while working at heights or in confined spaces; ensure all work complies with relevant building codes.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency throughout each phase of construction.
Experience
- Proven experience in assembly, carpentry, joinery, roofing, masonry within a construction setting.
- Demonstrated ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery safely and effectively.
- Knowledge of construction painting techniques and materials is a plus.
- Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and extended periods of manual labour.
- Prior experience working on diverse projects that require adaptability across multiple trades is highly valued.
Pay: £20.00 per hour
