Description
We are currently looking for caring, enthusiastic, and proactive Teaching Assistants to join our team. This is a rewarding role supporting students in their learning and development, both in and out of the classroom.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support teaching staff in delivering high-quality learning across a range of subjects
- Work with individual students and small groups to reinforce learning and promote progress
- Assist with the preparation of learning materials and classroom resources
- Promote positive behaviour and provide emotional and social support to students
- Contribute to the wider life of the school and support activities such as trips, events, and enrichment opportunities
