Third in Charge & Toddler Room Leader – Uxbridge
Salary: £31,000 p.a. (pro rata, based on experience)
Hours: 40 hours/week, permanent shifts between 7:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Start Date: September 2026
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent
Location: Uxbridge
Qualification Required: Level 3 or above in Early Years
Experience: Minimum 3 years in a good or outstanding nursery, with leadership experience
About the Role
We’re looking for a confident, nurturing, and well-organised Room Leader to join our leadership team as Third in Charge. This is a fantastic opportunity to help shape a brand-new nursery from the ground up. You’ll lead the Toddler Room and support the wider team, bringing your experience and passion for early years to a setting that values quality, care, and creativity.
