Multi Skilled Tradesperson
NQIS is a nationwide industrial cleaning and building/maintenance company. We are currently recruiting for a motivated Multi Skilled Trades Person to work in Buxton and the surrounding areas.
Working predominantly in the Quarrying/Manufacturing Industry suitable applicants will need to have a good understanding of Health and Safety in the workplace, including the ability to read and understand Risk and Method Statements and Permits to Work, also you will need to have good communication skills.
We are looking for hard working, reliable & punctual employee's, with a good work ethic, capable of achieving high standards and be able to work to set schedules and timescales.
The suitable applicant will need to be versatile and flexible in their approach to their work duties and working hours.
The main duties are as follows:
Fitting wooden structures such as doors, window frames, partition walls, roof timbers, etc
installing skirting boards, door surrounds and doors.
Concrete pads and paths and other ground-works.
A good understanding of general building and civil's work.
Snagging work.
General cleaning works.
Bag Filter Works.
8-5 Monday - Friday
Occasional weekend / working away work may be required.
CSCS, SPA or equivalent qualification advantageous.
Must have Full UK Driving License and own transportation.

Salary: Experience dependent.
Competitive rates of pay starting from £14 per hour. Rates will progress during your employment in lieu with how long you've been employed by us and your skill set/experience.
