With continued growth across our online, wholesale, and training divisions, we are seeking an organised and detail-oriented Bookkeeper / Finance Administrator to support the day-to-day financial operations of the business.

The Role
We are looking for an experienced and highly organised individual to take ownership of our day-to-day bookkeeping and financial administration.
Working closely with the management team and external accountants, you will ensure financial records are accurate, reconciled, and maintained to a high standard.
This role is ideally suited to someone with strong Xero experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced, growing business environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Performing bank reconciliations
- Preparing and reconciling VAT returns
- Processing purchase invoices and expenses using Xero
- Managing payroll administration
- Reviewing and reconciling Wix and e-commerce transactions
- Assisting with stock and inventory reconciliations
- Investigating and resolving posting discrepancies
- Maintaining accurate and organised digital financial records
Skills and Experience
- Previous bookkeeping experience is essential
- Strong working knowledge of Xero
- Good understanding of VAT and financial reconciliations
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
- Experience within a manufacturing, e-commerce, or stock-based business would be advantageous
Hours and Flexibility
- Part-time position
- Flexible working hours available
- Initially estimated at 1–2 days per week, with the opportunity for the role to grow alongside the business
