The Role
As Chef de Partie, you’ll be responsible for your section in a fast-paced kitchen, ensuring dishes are prepared to the highest standards. You'll work closely with our Head Chef and Sous Chef to create memorable dining experiences for our guests, from à la carte evenings to weddings and private events.
What We’re Looking For
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- A genuine passion for cooking with fresh, locally sourced ingredients
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- A team player with high standards and a proactive attitude
- Experience in a quality gastropub, hotel, or fine-dining environment is a plus
