Job Summary:
Mobile Phone Repair Technician diagnoses, repairs, and maintains smartphones and other mobile devices. They identify hardware and software faults, replace damaged components such as screens, batteries, charging ports, and cameras, test devices after repairs, and provide customers with advice on device care and maintenance. Technicians also keep accurate repair records, manage spare parts inventory, and ensure all repairs meet quality and safety standards while delivering excellent customer service.

Working Hours:
You will be required to work 45 hours per week, from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, five days per week. The role operates on a rotating schedule, with one weekend worked followed by one weekend off.
