Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas using commercial cleaning equipment and supplies
- Dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize floors and surfaces to uphold high standards of cleanliness
- Empty trash bins and dispose of waste responsibly in designated areas
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and toilet paper to ensure continuous availability
- Follow health and safety protocols diligently to prevent accidents and maintain a safe working environment
- Report any maintenance issues or damages discovered during cleaning to management promptly
- Adhere to scheduled cleaning routines and document completed tasks accurately
Qualifications
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial services is preferred
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high standards of cleanliness
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced setting
- Good physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
- Excellent time management skills to complete assigned duties efficiently
- Knowledge of proper cleaning chemicals and safety procedures is advantageous
