About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Solicitor to join our specialist Property Litigation team. This role offers the chance to work on a varied caseload with a particular focus on Residential Leasehold disputes.
We are looking for a Solicitor with a Litigation background who has experience in or is looking to develop their expertise in property-related disputes.
The successful candidate will:

Manage a varied caseload of Residential Leasehold Litigation matters.

Advise clients on disputes relating to the Building Safety Act and wider building safety legislation.

Represent clients in proceedings before the First-tier Tribunal (Property Chamber), Upper Tribunal and County Court.

Utilise and apply procedural knowledge relating to tribunal and court processes.

Work closely with colleagues across the firm to deliver practical and commercially focused advice.

Contribute to business development initiatives and help strengthen client relationships.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:

Experience within litigation, whether in Property Litigation, Commercial Litigation, Personal Injury, or another Civil Litigation discipline.

A strong understanding of court and tribunal procedures.
-
An interest or experience in Residential Leasehold Litigation and property-related disputes.
-
Excellent communication and client care skills.
-
The ability to supervise, mentor, and support Paralegals, Trainees and Legal Assistants.

A proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving.

A willingness to develop leasehold knowledge
