A day in the life of…
As a Storekeeper you will be responsible for receiving checking the goods received are in a good condition, You will direct the received deliveries to the respective departments. Maintain clear and organised records to ensure all delivery notes and invoices are uploaded on the relevant finance platform and filed accordingly. Your responsibilities will also include stock taking on a regular basis and ensuring delivery areas are clean and always well maintained.
What do we need from you?.
- You will display Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational and communication skills to effectively manage financial information and communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
- You should have a good understanding of financial principles, practices, and regulations, and be able to apply them in a hotel setting. They should also be comfortable working with financial data and have a basic understanding of financial analysis
- Equivalent work experience in a branded environment.
- Knowledge of Procure Wizard will be an added advantage
