Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and reliable Part-Time Maintenance Person to join our team! In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety, functionality, and upkeep of our facilities through hands-on maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting. Report directly to SMT.
Duties
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on buildings.
- Troubleshoot and liaise with qualified trades person where necessary.
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs, work orders, and safety documentation.
- Assist in supervising maintenance activities when required, with contractors.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations during all maintenance operations.
- Respond to emergencies.
