Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cleaning within a team of at least two people travelling to various new build construction sites round Lincolnshire. Working with three stages of clean from an initial build clean up until the plot is handed over to the client with a sparkle type clean.
Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning duties in designated areas, mainly on the housing section but occasionally including offices, and compound areas.
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to a high standard within the allocated time frame.
- Use appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment safely and effectively.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.
- Maintain an organised stock of cleaning supplies and notify management when replenishment is needed.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any client requests or concerns professionally.
Skills
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken, to ensure effective communication with clients and team members.
- Strong customer service skills to foster positive relationships with clients and address their needs promptly.
- Good communication skills to collaborate with colleagues and report issues clearly.
- A valid driving licence is essential for travel between sites or transporting equipment. A company vehicle will be provided for this.
- A valid CSCS card will also be required to gain access to all construction sites
