PLUMBER – NORWICH
Under 1 Roof Co. is seeking an experienced Plumber to provide reactive and planned maintenance services across approximately 98 managed residential properties in Norwich.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plumbing repairs and maintenance
- Leak detection and fault diagnosis
- Bathroom and kitchen plumbing repairs
- Pipework and drainage issues
- Emergency call-outs where required
- HIU
- Job reporting and documentation
Requirements:
- Proven plumbing experience
- Own tools and vehicle
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent communication skills
- Right to work in the UK
Desirable:
- Relevant plumbing qualifications
- Experience within residential lettings/property management
