This is an ad hoc role for shift cover. All applicants must be available to work the 29th and 30th of August.
We believe that good customer service is about passion and about commitment, so we’re looking for someone who’s as passionate and committed to selling our great products as we are to join our team.
Our ideal candidate has a passion for coffee and should be a trained barista. They should have an understanding of food safety, as well as an ability to be an adaptable and flexible member of a close-knit team. We're looking for someone with great customer service skills and a positive attitude. Applicants should also be confident working independently.
Shifts start at 07.30 and last between four and nine hours. We offer free staff food and coffee on shift, as well as bread to take home.
Guild of Dough started in November 2020, during lockdown, and we opened our own bakery on Ashley Down road in December 2021, where we cater to our community of local customers and our wholesale clients from across Bristol.
