Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, and a proven track record in B2B sales. In this pivotal role you will be responsible for driving sales growth, and expanding our client base whilst contributing to organisational success. A strong background in sales within the housing and construction industry is preferable, ideally with a merchant background. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new market opportunities, managing key accounts, and leading sales initiatives to achieve company targets.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand the organisation’s client base within the B2B sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients whilst proactively seeking new business opportunities.
- Lead negotiations and close deals with prospective clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Analyse customer needs to identify potential areas for growth and innovation.
- Collaborate closely with the directors to ensure alignment of sales efforts with organisational goals.
Requirements
- The ideal candidate will require proven experience in B2B sales with a successful track record of meeting or exceeding targets, within a similar industry is preferred.
- Organised approach to work with strategic planning abilities to meet client deadlines.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
