Salary
£23,500 – £25,000 basic (dependent on experience) + uncapped commission
OTE: £30,000 – £40,000+ (Year 1)

Due to continued growth, we are seeking an ambitious individual to join our expanding team as a Trainee Finance Broker.
This role offers the opportunity to build a long-term career within the commercial finance industry, working closely with UK business owners and helping them access the funding solutions they need to grow.
No previous finance experience is required. We are looking for individuals with strong communication skills, a professional attitude, and a genuine desire to develop within a specialist industry.
Full training will be provided.
The Opportunity
As a Trainee Finance Broker, you will learn how to assess business funding requirements, understand different finance products, and work with lenders across the UK market.
You will initially focus on developing your understanding of commercial finance and supporting the deal generation process before progressing towards managing your own clients and funding applications.

Key Responsibilities
- Speaking with business owners to understand funding requirements
- Learning a range of commercial finance products and solutions
- Supporting the generation and qualification of new business opportunities
- Building relationships with prospective clients
- Maintaining accurate records using CRM systems
- Assisting with the progression of funding applications
- Working closely with senior brokers and lenders
- Developing technical and commercial knowledge of the finance industry
