Job Overview
We are seeking a commercially focused and proactive Property Acquisitions Manager to identify, evaluate and secure residential and commercial property opportunities. The role will involve researching the local market, assessing potential investments, managing negotiations and coordinating acquisitions from initial opportunity through to completion.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced property professional who enjoys market analysis, relationship building and negotiating transactions. You will work closely with internal teams, property owners, agents, solicitors and other stakeholders to build a strong pipeline of suitable properties.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate potential residential and commercial property acquisition opportunities.
- Research local property markets, pricing trends, rental demand and investment potential.
- Conduct initial financial and commercial assessments of prospective properties.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of acquisition opportunities.
- Develop relationships with property agents, owners, developers and other industry contacts.
- Lead negotiations on purchase prices, terms and transaction conditions.
- Prepare acquisition proposals, financial assessments and investment recommendations.
- Coordinate due diligence, surveys, valuations and legal processes through to completion.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in property acquisitions, investment, development or estate agency.
- Strong knowledge of property markets, valuations and acquisition processes.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-management skills.
- Strong financial and commercial analysis abilities.
- Experience assessing property investment opportunities and returns.
- Excellent organisation and ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines.
- Strong communication skills with confidence dealing with property professionals and stakeholders.
- RICS, MRICS, property investment or related professional qualification is desirable.
Pay: £40,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
