About the Role:
SMC CUPRA Woking is looking for someone friendly and experienced to join our Aftersales team as a Service Advisor.
The ideal candidate will be friendly and customer-focused to guide the customer throughout their aftersales journey, from booking in their vehicle to liaising with them until their vehicle is ready to collect. Our Aftersales Advisors working alongside our busy workshop team who carry out vehicle services, MOTs, and repairs.
We all know there can be a few surprises with cars, so showing initiative and understanding is key to ensure customer satisfaction.
This is a fast-paced customer-facing environment, so a friendly, driven personality is needed to provide excellent customer service throughout the customer’s journey and provide support to our Parts department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers and build a rapport to qualify customer needs
- Agree the details of the work to be carried out with the customer
- Provide quotes on price and availability of parts stock and accessories to suit customer needs
- Liaise with the workshop team to deliver agreed jobs set
- Update the customer throughout their aftersales journey, and ensure customer satisfaction on completion
- Work as a full member of the dealership team
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous service experience is required
- Excellent customer service skills
- Enthusiastic and pro-active approach
- Ability to use own initiative and problem solve to create customer satisfaction
- Comfortable using digital tools and systems
- Team player with a positive and adaptable attitude
- Full UK driving licence
